- Commercial Cooking Plus Externship– With special attention given to applied commercial food preparation, this 600-hour program prepares you for careers in restaurants, corporate food service and other culinary establishments.
- Hospitality Operations – Providing an emphasis on hotel operations, this 600-hour program provides training in hospitality supervision, leadership and marketing, front office operations, concierge and NYC tourism, food and beverage operations and more.
