Culinary Program

Our Commercial Cooking Plus Externship prepares students for entry into the culinary industry with a variety of courses, including standard knife skills, industry terminology, intense food prep methods, catering skills, menu planning, and plating styles. In this program, students will also be exposed to a variety of international and regional cuisines. Get ready to cook!

Jump Right In

Our nationally accredited program takes just 6 months to prepare students to obtain entry-level positions such as prep cook, line cook, garde manger, or sous chef. Students will also prepare for the National Serve Safe Certification Exam

A Real-World Education

Our students take advantage of our industry-standard, commercial kitchens to learn in a real-world setting. Additionally, students work with chef instructors who have experience in the industry. With a 2-month externship available, students receive on-the-job training.

Find a Job

When it’s time for graduates to explore job leads and career development options, they turn to the assistance of our Director of Externship and Placement.  Not only will our staff work with graduates to move successfully into the job market, we also offer professional development skills training, such as resume writing, interview skills, and goal-setting for career success.
