Learn Practical Hospitality Skills
Designed to be completed in six months, this 600-hour, accredited certificate program emphasizes a hands-on approach to learning. As a student in the Hospitality Operations Program, you’ll complete the following courses:
- Hospitality Overview
- Hospitality Supervision, Leadership and Marketing
- Front Office Operations
- NYC Tourism and Concierge Operations
- Housekeeping and Facilities Management
- Food and Beverage Operations and Event Planning
- Professional Development in Hospitality
For successful completion of the program, you’ll also be required to participate in an externship, where you’ll receive on-the-job training in a real-world environment. Throughout the program, you can take advantage of our job placement department to develop your résumé and build your interviewing skills in order to compete for entry-level positions in the hospitality industry.
